目的探讨H型高血压人群中同型半胱氨酸与尿酸的关联性,H型高血压患者服用叶酸片降低血浆同型半胱氨酸同时,观察对尿酸的影响并探讨其意义。方法通过对深圳市南山区常住人口中H型高血压患者进行同型半胱氨酸及尿酸等生化指标检测筛查及基线资料收集,运用多元回归模型,进行同型半胱氨酸及尿酸相关性分析。抽取其中501例进行降同型半胱氨酸叶酸药物干预,监测同型半胱氨酸、尿酸等生化指标,从纵向干预的角度分析同型半胱氨酸与尿酸的关联性。结果统计显示尿酸对同型半胱氨酸的影响差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),尿酸每增加1μmol/L,log(Hcy)增加0.000 5μmol/L。而血脂、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白对同型半胱氨酸差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。叶酸干预后同型半胱氨酸呈下降趋势,尿酸无变化。结论一定范围内,同型半胱氨酸与尿酸呈正相关,与血脂、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白未发现明显相关。但无法通过叶酸药物干预降低同型半胱氨酸的同时来降低尿酸水平。
Objective To study dynamically the correlation between homocysteine and uric acid in type H hypertention through the analysis of " H" patients taking folic acid tablets. Methods Screening of " H" hypertensive patients in Nanshan district of Shenzhen city resident by detecting plasma homocysteine( Hcy) in patients with high blood pressure. Extraction was performed in 501 cases and Hcy lowering interventions,monitoring of Hcy,uric acid and other biochemical indicators. Correlation was analyzed by cross-sectional and longitudinal method during folic acid intervention. Results Multiple regression showed statistically significant between UA and Hcy,while TC,TG and LDL had no effect on Hcy. With 1 mol / L increase of uric acid,the value of log( Hcy) increased an average of 0. 000 5 μmol / L. Hcy decreased,and uric acid had no change after folic acid intervention. Conclusion Uric acid had correlation with Hcy significantly in a limited range,and TC,TG and LDL had no effect on Hcy.
