硫系玻璃具有较小的热差系数和较宽的光谱透过率,适合模压成型,在红外镜头中的应用越来越广泛。针对红外材料光学特性检测与表征难题,设计了检测与表征方法并建立了相应的检测装置。给出样片的透射谱、反射谱、传输损耗、调制传递函数(MTF)、近红外透射图像,以及由硫系玻璃装配成功的某导航镜头的MTF。结果表明,可以利用样片的透射光谱、近红外透射图像和中远红外MTF表征样品内部缺陷和均匀性。该研究为硫系玻璃检测规范与标准的建立打下了坚实基础。
With smaller coefficient of thermal ditterence and wloe transrmsslon spectrw-, t~,~u~tp~;~.xu~ glasses is suitable for molding and widely used in the infrared lens. Aiming at the difficulties of measuring and charactering the optical properties of opaque chalcogenide glasses, a new method was designed in this paper and the corresponding measurement device was also built. On the basis, some results were obtained which included the transmission spectrum, reflection spectrum, loss, MTF and near infrared transmission image of chalcogenide glasses samples. In addition, the MTF of an infrared lens which was assembled with chalcogenide glasses was also gotten. The results show that the transmission spectrum, near infrared imaging, middle-far infrared MTF can clearly characterize the optical properties of opaque chalcogenide glasses. This study will provide a basis for establishing the testing standards of chalcogenide glasses.
