针对铁路技术站工作组织与列车运行调整的关系,提出将前方技术站车流接续需求作为区段内部分列车运行赶流调整的目标。在分析赶流调整应用背景的基础上给出赶流调整策略,建立考虑技术站车流接续的列车运行调整优化模型。利用中间模型兼顾技术站工作组织和列车运行调整2个子模型的目标,采用分部计算、指标评估的求解思路,与递阶结构的大系统模型相比,能较好地满足运行调整对处理速度的要求。算例表明,利用在途列车的运行可调性实现赶流区段内的“线”配“流”,可以优化运输生产指标。
On the basis of analyzing the application background of flow adjustment, the paper gives countermeasures of the flow adjustment and establishes an optimization model of train operation adjustment which considers wagon flow connecting in the technical station. By using the intermediate model combined with objectives of 2 sub-models, which are the work organization model and train operation adjustment model in the technical station, and adopting the solution ideas of step-by-step calculation and index evaluation, comparing to the large system model with hierarchical structures, this calculation idea can better satisfy the operation adjustment requirements for fast processing. The example shows that, through developing the collaborative optimization between the work organization and sectional train operation adjustment in the technical station, and using operation adjustability of trains in transit, the matches between "line" and "flow" inside the flow section could be realized, and transport production indices could be optimized.
