高速铁路综合维修天窗与夜间运行列车间存在动态影响关系,将天窗设置与夜间列车开行方案进行协同优化有利于降低天窗设置对列车运行的影响。以最小化列车运行时间增加量的权重和为目标,考虑区间运行时分、列车停站时分、追踪间隔时分、综合维修天窗和合理运行时间范围约束,构建了该问题的优化模型并进行修正。针对模型特点设计了模拟退火算法并通过M atlab与Cplex混合编程实现。以京沪高速铁路为例进行的实例研究表明模型和算法具有较好的实用性。
Dynamic interaction effects exist between maintenance of high speed railway and night train operation . Collaborative optimization of the maintenance and overnight train plan in high speed railway helps to reduce the negative effects of maintenance on overnight operation .With the minimized total weighted increase in train run‐ning time as objective ,the optimization model for this issue w as set up and corrected ,taking into account the running time in the section ,train stopping time ,headway ,maintenance scheme and reasonable running time range as constraints .In response to the characteristics of the model ,the simulated annealing algorithm was de‐signed and implemented ,with mixed programming of Matlab and Cplex .The case study of Beijing-Shanghai high‐speed railway illustrated that the model and algorithm have good performance .
