Summarizes and analyzes the investigation conclusion and the problem of the reform of forestry property right system in Yang- cuo county of Nan- Pin city. Concludes that the necessary policies for the reform of forestry property rights system is to subsidize the private forests. And the government will play a core role in the enforcement of the policies. The effective enforcement of the policies will boost the overall benefits from the reform of forestry property rights system. In the mean- time, it points out that it is an inexorable trend for the reform of forestry property rights system to further standardize the definition of property rights, promote the protection of property rights, perfect the flow system for property rights and standardize the trading markets for forestry property rights.
