利用络合法制备系列TixZr1-xO2固溶体载体,然后浸渍质量分数为20%的活性组分Co,制备了系列Co/TixZr1-xO2催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和氢程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等手段对制备和反应后的催化剂进行表征,研究络合剂和Ti/Zr摩尔比对Co/TixZr1-xO2催化甲炕部分氧化制合成气反应时催化性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用柠檬酸络合法制备的钛锆固溶体负载的钴比较容易被还原;当Ti/Zr摩尔比为1时,该催化剂表现了较高的活性以及对H2、CO的选择性。
A series of TixZr1-xO2 solid solution support were prepared by the complexing method, and Co/TixZr1-xO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnating active Co with the mass fraction of 20% into TixZr1-xO2. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and H2-TPR, and the influence of Ti/Zr molar ratio and complexing agent on the catalytic performance of Co/TixZr1-xO2 in partial oxidation of methane to syngas was investigated. The results show that TixZr1-xO2 supported cobalt prepared by citric acid complexation can be easily reduced. When Ti/Zr molar ratio is 1 ,Co/Ti0.5Zr0.5O2 has higher catalytic activity and selectivity to H2 and CO.
