植根于传统心理测量学发展而来的组织智力研究是从认知能力科学出发的,其内在缺陷在于,一是忽视了心理学个体智力研究基础和管理学组织智力研究间的差异;二是限制了"智力"这一个体心理学研究对象在组织层面的应用,并且屡生歧义。当前,现代心理学已经发展到情境智力观研究的新阶段,这使得组织智力研究的拓展与深入成为可能。本文的创新之处是,在比较不同智力观下组织智力研究的区别和特点基础上,探索性的提出了进行组织层面智力研究的基础、内容,以及更为完整的研究假设,并据此设计了情境论下组织智力循环的研究思路。
The traditional researches about organizational intelligence are based on the cognitive ability science influenced by the traditional psychometrics.They have some inherent defects.Firstly,these researches ignore the differences between the individual intelligence in psychology and the organizational intelligence in management's study.Secondly,these researches do not really apply the "intelligence" from the psychological research to the management field,so as to repeat bringing about the debates.At present,modern psychology has already developed into the new stage that the contextual intelligence has been studied.With the view of contextual intelligence,we can deeply expand the research of organizational intelligence.Based on the analysis of the differences and characteristics on the organizational intelligence's study that come from the different intelligence views,the innovation of this paper made is that proposing the new foundation,the new content and the more complete hypothesis about intelligence on the level of organization,and according to these analysis,the authors design the new thoughts on the circulation of organizational intelligence on the basis of the contextual view.
