This paper constructs university collaborative innovation performance evaluation index system based on the contribution and DEA-Malmquist index model. Based on the input and output data of 2006--2013 years of a university collaborative innovation and DEA-Malmquist index model, the paper does the static and dynamic empirical analysis of the university cooperative innovation performance by using the DEA2.1 software. Based on the result of the analysis, point out the existing deficiency of the university collaborative innovation and the causes of formation and from the operating mechanism, management system and platform construction of the university collaborative innovation construction put forward specific measures and suggestions.
