Applying the theory of mixed-income residence to the renewal of existing residential area, and by the concept definition and characteristics analysis, this paper proposes the tactics of mutual fusion for the adjacent and segregated residential area, which is commonly existed in city. It tries to deepen the theory of mixed-income residence at micro level, and to enhance the effectiveness of the mixed-composite.
