为探索钢渣的低能耗资源化利用途径,该文以钢渣作为集料,对使用不同级配和不同掺量钢渣集料的泡沫混凝土的基本性能进行试验研究。试验中采用了5种不同钢渣级配和5个钢渣掺量等级(10%~50%)用作泡沫混凝土的集料,从抗压强度、吸水率和干体积密度3个方面对其综合性能进行测试。试验结果表明:钢渣作为集料会增大泡沫混凝土干密度及吸水率,且混凝土强度均呈先增后减趋势,当钢渣粒径定为0.3mm,掺量在30%时强度达到最大。同时,随着钢渣粒径的增大和掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土后期强度变化率均增大,这说明钢渣与水泥之间具有协同作用,有利于促进水化反应,一定程度上提高了钢渣泡沫混凝土的强度。
In order to explore the utilization of slag with low-power approach,the basic performance of foamed concrete used steel slag as aggregates with different gradations and dosage was investigated in this paper.Five different slag gradation and five steel slag content levels(10%-50%)used as the foamed concrete aggregate in experiment,and the compressive strength,water absorption and dry bulk density were tested and analyzed.The results showed that steel slag aggregates will increase the dry density and water absorption of the foamed concrete.The concrete strength will decrease after the first increase phase and showed the maximum strength when the steel slag particle size is around0.3mm and the 30% dosage of steel slag.Meanwhile,with the increase of steel slag dosage and particle size,the change rate of the late strength of foamed concrete increases.The results indicated that there is a synergistic effect between the steel slag and cement which promotes the hydration reaction,to some extent,which improves the strength of steel slag foamed concrete.
