本科生导师制本是“舶来品”,最初在中国高校的认同与发展很快。近年来,本科生导师制呈现出“水土不服”的迹象。为解决制约本科生导师制发展之“瓶颈”,必须落实本科生导师的遴选培训机制,通过制定具体的可量化的指标,察导师之德,评导师之才,辅以培训,持证上岗;必须创新本科生与导师互选联动机制,通过学生、班主任以及辅导员之间联合“作战”,增进学生与导师之间的相互了解,做到相互知根知底;必须健全本科生导师制的考评激励机制,实施“双主体”考核机制,既考核导师,又考核学生,对优秀的导师进行奖励。如此,方可构建本科生导师制的长效机制,并有效提升本科生导师制的育人效果。
Undergraduates' tutorial system development of undergraduates' tutorial system in recent years, the undergraduates' tutorial system is an "Exotic" . In order to solve the bottleneck restricting the development of undergraduates' tutorial system, firstly, we must implement the selection and training mechanism of undergraduates' tutors, through specific quantifiable indicators to inspect the moral quality, talent and learning of tutors, and tutors should be certified by training. Secondly, we must reform the mutual selection mechanism between undergraduates and tutors, through the cooperation among students, teachers and the counselors to promote mutual understanding between students and tutors. At last, we must improve evaluation and incentive mechanism of undergraduates' tutorial system. Not only assess tutors, but also assess students by implementation of the double main body examination system, at the same time, to reward excellent tutors. Only in this way, we can build long-acting mechanism of tutorial system, of which can effectively enhance the education effect of undergraduates' tutorial system.
