目的为了揭示中国中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值的地理分布规律,为制定中国中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方珐收集中国170个单位测定的11028例中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值,运用相关分析和逐步分析的方法,研究了中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值与6个地理因素:海拔高度(X1)、年日照时数(X2)、年平均气温(X3)、年平均相对湿度(X4)、年降水量(X5)、气温年较差(X6)的关系。结呆中国中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有显著的相关性(F=5.248,P=0.006)。采用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归模型:Y=1.320+0.00004215X1-0.00004936X5+0.005829X6±0.2308。并通过克里格插值(Kriging)法精确的内插出中国中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值的地理分布图。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可用此模型计算出该地区中国中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值,从地理分布图也可得到中国任何地方的中青年男性补呼气量正常参考值。
Objective To reveal the geographical distributing rule and supply a scientific basis for unifying the normal reference value standard of Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) of Chinese young and middle-aged men in various region of China. Methods The normal reference value of Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) of Chinese young and middle-aged men from 170 units in China were collected to find their relation to six geographical factors by correlation and regression analysis. Results There was significantly correlated relation between normal reference value of Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) of Chinese young and middle-aged men and Chinese geographical factors(F= 5. 248, P = 0. 006). The method of back forward regressive analysis was used to infer one regression equation.. Y = 1. 320+ 0. 000 042 15X1 -0. 000 049 36X5 + 0. 005 829X5 ± 0. 230 8. and exactly inserted the geography distribution figure of ERV reference values with methods of Kriging. Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) of Chinese young and middle-aged men of this area can be reckoned by the regression equations. If the geographical factors of a particular area arc known, the ERV reference value of Chinese young and middle--aged men this area can be calculated using this model, and we can also get the normal reference values of Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) of Chinese young and middle-aged men anywhere in China from the geography distribution figure.
