为制定中国男性肺一氧化碳弥散量参考值提供科学的依据,收集了中国46个地区3256例正常男性肺一氧化碳弥散量参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与八项地理因素指标的关系.结果表明中国男性肺一氧化碳弥散量参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=11.429,P=0.000〈0.01).本文用向后回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程.由此若已知中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算出该地的男性肺一氧化碳弥散量参考值;并且依据男性肺一氧化碳弥散量参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为八个区.
For supplying a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of Lung Diffusion Capacity for Carbon Monoxide of Chinese males, the research is made about relationship between the normal reference value of 3256 examples of Lung Diffusion Capacity for Carbon Monoxide of Chinese healthy males and eight geographical factors in 46 areas in China by correlation and regression analysis. It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of Lung Diffusion Capacity for Carbon Monoxide of males are quite significant( F = 11. 429 ,P = 0. 000 〈 0. 01 ). Applying the method of backward regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred. If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Lung Diffusion Capacity for Carbon Monoxide of Chinese males of this area can be reckoned by using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of Lung Diffusion Capacity for Carbon Monoxide of Chinese males, China can be divided into eight regions.
