目的为制定中国健康老年前期女性肺总量参考值的标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国60个市县级医院及有关研究单位的7385例健康老年前期女性肺总量参考值,运用相关分析法分析了老年前期女性肺总量实测值与5个地理指标[海拔高度(X1)、年日照时数(X2)、年平均气温(X3)、年平均相对湿度(X4)、年降水量(X5)]的相关性,用多重共线性的诊断法诊断5个地理指标之间的共线性,然后用主成分分析的方法分析老年前期女性肺总量参考值与地理指标的关系。结果健康老年前期女性肺总量参考值与地理指标之间有相关关系,用主成分分析的方法推导出一个线性回归方程:Y=4.797+0.000205X1-0.0000854X2-0.00685X3-0.000413X4-0.000307X5±0.089即为主成分回归分析法求得的线性回归模型。结论如果知道了中国某地的相关地理指标,就可以用回归方程计算出这个地区健康老年前期女性肺总量的参考值。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for establishing the standard reference value of total lung capacity of Chinese healthy presenile women. Methods The reference values of total lung capacity were collected from 7 385 healthy presenile women in 60 areas of China. The correlation between the measured values of total lung capacity and the geographical factors, including altitude, annual sunshine duration,annual mean temperature,annual mean relative humidity,and annual precipitation amount, was analyzed. The colinearity of these 5 geographical factors was judged by using eolinearity diagnostics. The relationship between the reference values of total lung capacity and the geographical factors was analyzed by using principal component analysis. Results The reference value of total lung capacity was correlated with the geographical factors. The linear regression equation deduced from principal component analysis was Y=4.797 +0.000205X1- 0.0000854X2-0.00685X3-0.000413X4-O.OOO307X5±0.089. Conclusion The reference value of total lung capacity of healthy presenile women could be calculated by using the regression equation when the geographical factors in certain area are available.
