目的为了揭示中国老年男性补呼气量正常参考值的地理分布规律及为制定中国老年男性补呼气量正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集中国56个单位测定的4424例老年男性补呼气量正常参考值,运用相关分析和逐步回归分析的方法,研究其与八个地理因素的关系。结果老年男性补呼气量正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=5.501,P=0.007)。采用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归模型:Y=0.2902+0.0343X4+0.0113X5±0.5056。并通过克里格插值(Kriging)法精确的内插出中国老年男性补呼气量正常参考值的地理分布图。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可用此模型估算该地区中国老年男性补呼气量正常参考值,从地理分布图也可得到中国任何地方的正常参考值。
Objective To reveal the geographical distributing rule and supply a scientific basis for unifying the normal reference value standard of expiratory reserve volume (ERV) of Chinese old men in various region of China. Methods The normal ERV reference value of Chinese old men from 56 units in China were collected to find their relation to eight geographical factors by correlation and regression analysis. Results There was significantly correlated relation between normal ERV reference value of Chinese old men and Chinese geographical factors( F = 5. 501 ,P = 0. 007 ). The method of back forward regressive analysis was used to infer one regression equation: Y = 0. 290 2 + 0. 034 3X4 + 0. 011 3X5 + 0. 505 6. The geography distribution figure of ERV reference values was exactly inserted with methods of Kriging. Conclusions If geographical factors of a particular area is known, the ERV reference value of Chinese old men this area can be calculated using this model, and the normal ERV reference values of Chinese old men anywhere in China can be obtained from geography distribution figure.
