为了制定中国17—60岁男性潮气量参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.我们收集了中国56个单位测定的2981例17—60岁男性潮气量的参考值,应用SPSS统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与八项地理因素指标的关系.用相关分析发现年平均气温是影响17—60岁男性潮气量参考值最主要的因素(r4=-0.567,P4=0.001),随着年平均气温的增加,17—60岁男性潮气量参考值反而在减少.用逐步回归的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=573.96—0.1100X7+60.17X8±87.29.在该回归方程中,Y是17—60岁男性潮气量参考值(ml),X7是年降水量(mm),X8是年平均风速(m/s),87.29是剩余标准差的值.如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的17—60岁男性潮气量参考值.依据17—60岁男性潮气量参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为八个区.
This paper aims at supplying a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of Tidal Volume for Chinese males aged 17- 60. A research is made about relationship between the normal reference value of 2981 examples of Tidal Volume for Chinese healthy males aged 17 - 60 and eight geographical factors in 56 areas in China. It is found that annual mean air temperature is the main factor affecting the normal reference value of Tidal Volume for Chinese males aged 17 - 60. As the annual mean air temperature increases gradually, the normal reference value decreases gradually (r4 = -0. 567,P4 = 0. 001). Applying the method of stepwise A regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred: Y = 573.96 - 0. 1100X7 + 60.17X8 + 87.29. In this A equation, Y is the normal reference value of Tidal Volume for Chinese males aged 17 - 60(ml) ; X7 is the annual precipitation amount (mm); X8 is the annual mean wind speed (m/s); 87.29 is the value of the residual standard deviations. If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Tidal Volume for Chinese males aged 17 - 60 of this area can be reckoned by using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the dependence of the normal reference value of Tidal Volume for Chinese males aged 17 - 60 and geographical values, China can be divided into eight regions.
