目的本研究为制定中国健康老年前期男性肺总量参考值的标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国60个市县级医院及有关研究单位的6643例健康老年前期男性肺总量参考值,运用相关分析法分析了老年前期男性肺总量实测值与5个地理指标:海拔高度(X1)、年日照时数(X2)、年平均气温(X3)、年平均相对湿度(X4)、年降水量(X5)的相关性,用多重共线性的诊断法诊断5个地理指标之间的共线性,然后用主成分分析的方法分析老年前期男性肺总量参考值与地理指标的关系。站果健康老年前期男性肺总量参考值与地理指标之间有相关关系,用主成分分析的方法推导出一个线性回归方程(主成分回归分析法求得的线性回归模型):Y=6.463+0.000280X1-0.0000728X2-0.0120X3-0.00723X4—0.000210X5±0.412。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理指标,就可以用回归方程计算出这个地区健康老年前期男性肺总量的参考值。
Objective The paper aims at supplying a scientific basic for unifying the reference value standard of Total Lung Capacity of Chinese healthy presenile men. Methods We gathered 6 643 individuals with the reference value of healthy presenile male's Total Lung Capacity in 60 areas in China, and researched the relativity between the reference value of Total Lung Capacity and the Geographical factors (Altitude; Annual Sunshine DHours uration; Mean Annual Air Temperaturel Annual Mean Humidityt Annual Mean Precipitation) and judged the Co-- linearity of these Geographical factors by using the method of correlative analysis and Co--linearity Diagnostics. We analyzed the relationship between the reference value and the Geographical factors by Principal Component Analysis. Results There was correlated relation between reference value of Total Lung Capacity of Chinese healthy presenile men and Geographical factors. The Principal Component Analysis was used to infer one regression A equation:Y=6.463+0.000 280X1 --0. 000 072 8X2 -0.012 0X3 - 0. 007 23X4-0. 000 210X5 ±0. 412. Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the reference value of Total Lung Capacity of Chinese healthy presenile men in this area can be computed by the regression equation.
