目的为制定中国老年女性每分钟通气量参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法搜集了中国用肺量计法测定22个单位的1 114例健康老年女性每分钟通气量参考值。运用相关分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度(X1),年日照时数(X2),年平均相对湿度(X3),年平均气温(X4),年降水量(X5),气温年较差(X6),年平均风速(X7)的关系。结果发现老年女性每分钟通气量参考值与地理因素之间有显著的相关关系。用偏最小二乘回归分析的方法建立了老年女性每分钟通气量参考值与地理因素的回归模型:Y^=19 855.82+1.594 59X1+0.211 50X2+129.565 47X3-155.326 59X4+0.816 16X5-267.316 64X6+129.658 12X7±1 324.34,并用ArcGIS 9.3软件中的空间差值法内插出中国老年女性每分钟通气量参考值的空间趋势分布图。结论知道中国某地的地理要素,就可用此模型估算该地区老年女性每分钟通气量参考值,同时也可用空间趋势图直观的得到中国任何地方的老年女性每分钟通气量参考值。
Objective To supply a basis for uniting the normal reference value of Chinese old women′s minute ventilation(MV).Methods Applying correlation analyze,a research was made about the relationship between the normal reference value of 1 114 examples in 22 institutes of Chinese old women′s MV and seven geographical factors in Chinese areas,which were determined by the spirometer method.Results It was found that the correlation of the reference value of Chinese old women′s MV and geographical factors were quite significant.One regression equation was given out by using the method of partial least square regression analysis:=19 855.82+1.594 59X1+0.211 50X2+129.565 47X3-155.326 59X4+0.816 16X5-267.316 64X6+129.658 12X7±1 324.34.Applying the Spatial analysis of ArcGIS 9.2,a regional distribution figure about Chinese old women′s MV could be made.Conclusions If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the normal reference value of Chinese old women′s MV of this area can be simulated by partial least square regression.Also MV from the regional distribution figure is obtained.
