中间业务是我国商业银行的一项重要业务，并且随着银行业的发展而不断壮大，因此，中间业务的内部控制是我国商业银行的一项重要内容。因子分析可以对中间业务内部控制的体系结构给予实证检验，从而揭示我国商业银行中间业务内部控制过程中存在的若干现实性问题。

Being an important operation of China＇s commercial banks, intermediate business is expanding continuously with the development of banking industry. The authors of this article have put forward that the systematic structure of the internal control of commercial banks＇ intermediate business should be tested empirically by the way of factor analysis in order to expose the real problems existing in China＇s commercial banks.
