针对地区供电企业网络性特点,建立了配电网规模水平与经济、社会发展水平协调程度以及电网直接产出的完整的配电网投入产出效率二层面评估指标体系,并阐述了该体系的研究原则和基本内容。运用数据包络分析法,以统计年鉴数据为基本依据,将该评估指标体系应用于重庆市12个地市电网2006年建设规模的量化评估研究,阐述了相应的结论。
英文摘要：
According to the network features of local power supply companies, the input-output efficiency assessment index system which incorporates both the coordination degree between the distribution network scale and the economic/social development level and the direct output of the network as well was constructed. The study principle and basic content of the system are illuminated. By using Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） and based on the statistical data, the system was applied to quantitative assessment of construction scale for 12 local networks in Chongqing during 2006. Relevant conclusions are given.
