英文摘要：
BPR is a kind of important management strategy which has been carried out recently due to the rapid development of IT technique, and has improved the formation of core competence of commercial bank. The important factor of commercial banking BPR includes market exploration, customer request, IT innovation etc. The establishment of BRP system can provide requisite theory help for BRP practice, and the establishment proceeding must stem from the actual experiment. The theory model must be certified by empirical data to keep high reliability and validation.
