Knowledge transformation is the core content of knowledge management, and may determine the performante of knowledge management, so is a research focus of knowledge theory. The implementation of knowledge transformation may contribute direedy to the formation of core competenee, so is an extremely important knowledge management strategy. It may disclose profoundly the feature of knowledge transformation to review the background, framework, environment, as well as the relevance with core competence, which may provide favorable conditions for our enterprises to implement the knowledge transformation strategy vigorously.
