目的：探讨 miR -302b 在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用实时荧光定量 PCR（qRT - PCR）检测65例非小细胞肺癌组织和52例癌旁组织 miR -302b 的表达，分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果：miR -302b 在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织（P ＜0.05）。与患者淋巴转移以及分化程度明显相关（P ＜0.05）。结论：miR -302b 在非小细胞肺癌中低表达，提示其可能发挥抑癌基因的功能。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of miR - 302b in non - small cell lung car-cinoma（NSCLC）. Methods：Expression of miR - 302b was detected by quantitative real time PCR（qRT - PCR）in 65 patients with NSCLC compared with non - tumor adjacent tissues（NAT）. The relationship between its expression and clinical features were analyzed. Results：The expression level of miR - 302b in NSCLC was significantly lower than that of NAT. And it was significantly related to the histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Con-clusion：miR - 302b lowly expressed in NSCLC implicated it might play as a tumor suppressor gene in the NSCLC de-velopment.
