目的探讨生精亮氨酸拉链蛋白1(spermatogenic leucine zipper 1,Spz1)和Ras相关蛋白1b(Ras-related protein 1b,Rap1b)在人食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织中的表达变化,分析两者的相关性及其与病理特征的关系。方法收集病理资料详实的60例食管鳞癌组织和30例癌旁组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测Spz1和Rap1b的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系以及两者表达的相关性。结果 Spz1和Rap1b在ESCC组织中的表达的强阳性率分别为83.3%,80.0%,明显高于癌旁组织(33.3%,40%,P〈0.05);且在分化程度较低以及有淋巴转移患者中,Spz1和Rap1b均呈现显著高表达(P〈0.05);而在不同年龄、不同性别、是否吸烟、是否饮酒、不同病变长度以及不同病变位置之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Spz1和Rap1b表达之间具有正相关(P〈0.05,r=0.559)。结论 Spz1和Rap1b在ESCC中均高表达,并与分化程度和淋巴转移密切有关,提示可能在ESCC发展及转移中发挥重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression of Spz1 and Rap1 b in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC) and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of Spz1 and Rap1 b in 60 cases of ESCC and 30 cases of non-tumor adjacent tissues( NAT) were detected by immunohistochemistry( SP assay). The correlation between expression of Spz1 and Rap1 b and their relationships with clinical features were analyzed. Results Positive expression rate of Spz1 and Rap1 b was 83. 3% and 80. 0%,which was significantly higher than that in NAT respectively(33. 3%,40. 0%,P 〈 0. 05). Over-expression of Spz1 and Rap1 b was correlated with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0. 05),but not with sex,age,drink,smoke,length,and tumor location. The expression of Spz1 was positively correlated with the expression of Rap1b( r = 0. 559,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Spz1 and Rap1 b expression is high in ESCC,implicating that the Spz1/Rap1b signal pathway might play an important role in the development of ESCC.
