将电力信息系统对电力一次系统的作用形式分为直接作用和间接作用,并研究了直接作用类型对电力系统可靠性的影响。提出了由信息系统功能、一次系统元件及信息一电力作用关系组成的系统可靠性模型。给出了断路器控制和变压器控制两类信息系统功能可靠性模型和考虑信息系统功能作用的断路器和变压器可靠性计算方法。在此基础上,基于非序贯蒙特卡罗仿真方法,提出了考虑信息系统作用的电力系统可靠性评估算法。最后,通过对RBTS改进系统的仿真分析,以系统负荷削减概率(Loss of loadprobability,LOLP)和期望失负荷量(Expected energy not supplied,EENS)为可靠性指标,分析了不同结构和冗余程度的信息系统对系统可靠性的影响。算例结果表明,信息系统作用对电力系统可靠性影响显著,不同结构的信息系统对电力系统可靠性影响存在较大差别。
The impacts of the power information system on the power primary system are divided into two types: the direct impact and the indirect impact, and the direct impacts are studied. First, a system reliability model which consists of information system function, power primary component and cyber-power relationship is proposed, and models of circuit break control function and transformer control function are given. Then, a method for calculating the reliability of the circuit breaker and the transformer which considers impacts of the information system functions is presented. Based on non-sequential Monte Carlo simulation, a reliability evaluation algorithm for power system considering impacts of the information system is proposed. Finally, the reliability of the modified RBTS with different structures and different degrees of redundancy information systems is evaluated by the built model and the proposed algorithm. The results show a significant impacts of the information systems on the reliability of the power system, and there are great differences between different information systems.
