对高压断路器的在线健康状态进行了综合评估,将其在线健康状态引入到电网的风险评估中,提出一种考虑了高压断路器在线健康状态的电网风险评估方法。文中提出了考虑断路器在线健康状态的停运模型,并在该停运模型的基础上结合以往的线路统计数据,对整体电网的风险评估进行了分析和计算。最后,通过IEEE—RTS79测试系统对提出的方法进行了仿真计算,通过对电网风险充裕性指标的计算和分析,验证了该方法的科学性和可行性。
By evaluating the health status of high voltage circuit breaker, and considering these statuses in power transmission risk assessment, a new method for the power transmission risk assessment is presented, in which the operation status of high voltage circuit breakers is considered. A new outage probability model for power transmission risk assessment is developed by involving the effects of operation data of high voltage circuit breakers. Transmission risk is then calculated based on the model. The IEEE-RTS 79 system is used to calculate the adequacy risk of transmission system, and the demonstration shows that the method proposed is scientific and feasible.
