为解决传统负荷转供决策过度依靠运行人员经验,不考虑经济性和操作复杂度的问题,提出了一种基于Dijkstra算法的配电网事故后负荷转供模型,构建了负荷转供辅助决策系统LTADS(load transfer auxiliary deci-sion-making system)。首先,以开关操作次数及网络损耗综合指标最小为目标建立了相应的优化数学模型,详细阐述了最优负荷转供路径的求解方法;其次,设计了辅助决策系统的实现方案,并对系统的功能架构进行了说明;最后介绍了该系统在上海市南供电公司电力调控中心的初步实践情况。
In order to solve the problems in traditional load transfer decision-making, such as over-reliance on the operator' s experience and disregard of the economic and operational complexity, this paper proposes a post-contingency load transfer model of distribution grid based on Dijkstra algorithm, and develops a load transfer auxiliary decision-mak- ing system (LTADS). Firstly, the corresponding mathematical optimization model is established with the objectives of minimizing the comprehensive index of switching operation times and active power loss, and the solution to the optimal load transfer path problem is elaborated. Secondly, the implementation scheme of LTADS is designed and the functional structure is illustrated. Finally, the preliminary application of LTADS to the Dispatch and Control Center of State Grid Shanghai Shinan Power Supply Company is described.
