通过菌丝在不同培养基配方、碳源、氮源、温度、pH值的单因素实验生长情况和正交试验,最终确定4个菌株最优良的母种培养配方是木生菌GPY培养基。从碳源、氮源、温度、pH值的组合来看,白耙齿菌最佳生长条件是麦芽糖、酵母膏,温度30℃,pH值为6;撕裂蜡孔菌最佳生长条件为可溶性淀粉、牛肉膏,温度30,pH值为5;略薄多孔菌最佳生长条件为麦芽糖、酵母膏,温度25℃,pH值为6;二年残孔菌最佳生长条件是蔗糖、蛋白胨,温度30%,pH值为6。同时通过相应的的栽培方法,成功获得4种多孔菌的子实体。
Different Mediums, carbon source, nitrogen source, temperature and pH on mycelial growth were studied by the single factor experiments and the orthogonal test. The best media on mycelium growth was the GPY medium of lignicolous fungi on the 4 polypore species. The orthogonal experiments with above selected three conditions for each of the four factors were then per- formed and the optimal cultivation conditions were determined. The condition of maltose, yeast extract at the temperature of 30℃ with pH6 was the best for Irpex lacteus. The condition of soluble starch, beef extract at the temperature of 30℃ with pH5 was the best for Ceriporia mellita. The condition of maltose, yeast extract at the temperature of 25℃ with pH6 was the best for Polyporus tenuiculus. The condition of sugar, peptone at the temperature of 30℃ with pH 6 was the best for Abortiporus biennis. The culti- vated fruiting bodies of 4 polypore species were achieved through the appropriate cultivation methods.
