Gloeostereum incarnatum is a group of precious medicinal fungi that has obvious effects on strengthening humoral immune function and treating some diseases. In this paper, we summarized the progress on the researches of G. incarnatum, including its cultivation technique, main chemical components and pharmacological activities.
