The names and distribution of genus Psathyrella in China were organized and revised,the issues of classification were briefly discussed. Up to now,51 named species of genus Psathyrella have been reported. They were distributed in 26 provinces of China. Among them,there were 18 fungal taxa reported by citing specimens,2 taxa without morphological descriptions and 2 taxa misspelled.
