通过查阅、整理和分析国内外有关地衣化学成分和药理活性的相关文献,对地衣化学成分和主要药理作用研究现状进行了综述。地衣含有多样的化学成分,主要有缩酚类、单取代苯环类、蒽醌类、二苯骈呋喃类、甾体类、三萜类以及多糖等,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、提高免疫力、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗病毒等药理活性。地衣的化学成分和药理活性研究方面还有许多空白和空间,该文为地衣资源的进一步研究和开发利用提供基础资料。
英文摘要：
Chemical compositions and main pharmacological activities of lichens were summarized by collecting,analyzing and studying literature and data on chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of lichens at home and abroad. The main chemical compositions of lichens are shrink phenols,mono-substituted benzene ring,anthraquinones,dibenzofuran,steroids,terpenoids and polysaccharides,etc.; Some medicinal lichens have anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,immunity enhancing,anti-oxidation,anti-radiation,anti-virus pharmacological activities,etc. Meanwhile,gaps and space still exist in the researches of chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of lichens. Thus the paper provides basic data for further research on and development of lichens.
