目的观察中药芪夏消瘿汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法选择甲状腺功能亢进症患者70例，随机分为两组，治疗组予以芪夏消瘿汤和小剂量他巴唑，对照组用大剂量他巴唑。治疗前后观察两组临床疗效，并检测两组L、T4、TSH、飓、啊及T细胞亚群、血常规、肝肾功能。结果治疗组总有效率为91．43％，明显高于对照组之74．29％（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组L、T4、FT3、FT4水平下降，鸭H增高，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组治疗后免疫指标明显改善（P〈0．05），对照组无明显改善（P〉0．05）。结论芪夏消瘿汤能有效治疗甲状腺功能亢进症，减少西药用量．并能调节机体免疫功能．升高白细胞。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qixiaxiaoying Decoction treating hyperthyroidism. Meth- ods： 70 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group was given the Qixi- axiaoying Decoction and small doses of methimazole. Control group was given large doses of methimazole. Before and after treatment,some indicators were detected and compared between the 2 groups such as FT3,FT4,TSH,T cells and the clincial efficacy. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43% which was significantly higher than 74.29% of control group （P〈 0.05）. Compared with the index before treatment, these indicators were reduced Obviously such as T3,T4, FT3 and FT4. Meanwhile, TSH was increased remarkably （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no statistical differences about these indicators in control group（P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qixi- axiaoying Decoction can effectively regulate thyroid hornone levels of hyperthyroidism and enhance the function of T cells.
