测定不同轻基质网袋容器培养的观光木苗木叶绿素含量、根系活力、水分含量、可溶性糖、蛋白质含量等生理指标状况,结果为M4、M3、和M1基质培养苗木叶片叶绿素相对较高,基质M8最低;基质M3、M7、M6、M2和M9基质培育苗木根系活力都较强,基质M1培养苗木根系活力最弱;植株地下部分含水量明显高于地上部分,其中以基质M5、M2和M6都较高,M1和M8较低;地上部分含水量以基质M2、M3和M4都较高,M1和M9较低;叶片可溶性糖含量为M1、M2、M4和M9都较高,M8和M6较低;叶片可溶性蛋白质含量以M7含量较其他都高,M9较低。进一步对测定结果数理统计评价苗木各项生理指标之间的加权分析,结合生产实际,得到M3基质配方是培育观光木较为理想的培养基质配方。另外,可以通过测定苗木叶片干比叶重指标来衡量观光木苗木生理指标质量状况。
The physiological parameters, including chlorophyll, root activity, water content, water-soluble sugar and protein were determined for the Tsoongiodendron odorum seedlings from different light media containers. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents in the leaves of seedlings from media M4, M3 and M1 were relatively higher than that from the others. The root activity of seedlings from M3, M7, M6, M2 and M9 was greater than that from M5, M8, M4 and M1. The water content in the roots of seedlings was significantly higher than that in the above ground, especially for the seedlings from M5, M2 and M6. The soluble sugar content of seedlings from M1, M2, M4 and M9 was obviously higher than that from M8 and M6. The soluble protein content in the leaves of seedlings from M7 was higher than that from the others. Comprehensively, it was found that media M3 was the optimal for the seedlings of Tsoongiodendron odorum.
