中国历史上名都大邑规划总是同著名规划家紧密联系在一起，因此，对规划家的研究对于认识中国规划的精神，深入理解中国规划的价值观具有重要意义。本文梳理了隋代营造巨匠宇文恺的生平，分析了他所规划设计的大兴城、仁寿宫、洛阳城、明堂四个典型作品，并尝试从六个方面对宇文恺的规划设计思想进行总结，进一步阐释了其对中国本土规划的影响及其现代启示。与此同时，在分析前人对宇文恺所作历史评价的基础上，对其在规划设计领域的历史地位进行了整体评述，对于整体认识字文恺的历史贡献和地位提出了自己的观点。

In the history of China, metropolis planning is always connected with famous planner tightly, therefore, the research on planners has important significance for the understanding of the spirit and values of city planning in China. This paper reviews the life of Yuwen Kai as architecture master in Sui Dynasty, analyzes his four famous works in planning and design, i.e., Daxing City, the Renshou Palace, Luoyang City, and Ming Tang （Palace＇s Main Hall ）, and tries to summarize his planning and design thought from six aspects, and further explains the his influence on China＇s planning and the inspiration to current urban constructioru Meanwhile, based on the analysis of existing evaluation to Yuwen Kai, the author also makes an overall review to his historical position in the field of planning and design, and puts forward his own opinion on Yuwen Kai＇s historieal contribution and position.
