以吐鲁番地区无核白葡萄品种为试材,在吐鲁番地区气候条件下主要研究不同负载量对无核白葡萄果实在不同成熟阶段品质变化规律的影响。在探讨吐鲁番地区无核白葡萄负载量与果实品质关系的基础上,为吐鲁番地区生产高品质无核白葡萄提供了一定的理论依据。试验共设置4个负载量水平:45.0 t/hm~2(T_1),37.5 t/hm~2(T_2),30.0 t/hm~2(T_3),22.5 t/hm~2(T_4)。研究结果表明,降低负载量缩短了无核白葡萄果实的成熟期。从转色期至成熟期的整个果实成熟过程中,T_1与T_42个处理之间还原糖含量、总酸含量的差异均达到极显著水平,而T_2与T_3 2个处理之间均没有显著差异;随着负载量的降低,无核白葡萄成熟果实中还原糖含量呈上升趋势,总酸含量呈下降趋势,单宁和总酚的含量呈先增加后减少的趋势。通过试验结果考虑,吐鲁番地区为生产高品质无核白葡萄的适宜范围,产量为30.0 t/hm~2(T_3)~37.5 t/hm~2(T_2)。
This study in Turpan seedless white grape varieties as experimental materials, the climate condition in Turpan different load on the main research fruits seedless white grapes in the influence of different mature stage and the quality change rule. This experiment explore the Turpan seedless white grapes load, on the basis of relationship between fruit quality, for the Turpan region in the production of high quality seedless white grapes have provided the certain theory basis. Trial set four load level: 45.0 t/hm^2 (T1) , 37.5 t/hm^2 (T2), 30.0 t/hm^2 (T3) , 22.5 t/hm^2 (T4). The results show that, the lower the load to shorten the seedless white grape fruit mature period. Turn from color period to maturity of the entire process of fruit ripening, T1 and T4 two processing of the reducing sugar content, total acid content have significant difference, but the T2 and T3 have no significant difference between the two processing. With the loss of the load, the reducing sugar content in seedless white grapes are ripe fruit on the rise, total acid content is on the decline, tannin and total phenolic content show a trend of in- creased after decreased first. By the experimental results, Turpan seedless white grapes for the production of high quality seedless white table grapes and suitable scope of area yield is 30.0 t/hm^2 (T3) to 37.5 t/hm^2 (T2) .
