本文运用科学计量学的方法对我国生物技术制药领域1999-2008年的专利数据进行统计分析,进而对这10年来该领域的技术创新现状进住可视化研究,具体从创新全貌、发展速度和趋势、各地区发展水平差异、各类专利申请人创新成果比较、重点创新领域等几个方面进行分析,并分别与国外在华授权专利情况进行对比。研究认为10年来我国生物制药领域总体技术创新能力得到了持续增强,个别技术和产品领域创新成果丰富,发展潜力较大。但这些创新成果主要集中于个别地区和申请人手中,具有较强的垄断性,企业还未成为我国生物技术制药领域的创新主体。同时,通过与国外数据进行对比发现国外在华授权专利数量有逐步逼近国内授权专利数量的趋势。
This paper statistically analyzes the patent data of biotechnological pharmacy industry from 1999 to 2008, and researches on the innovation status of this field in recent ten years by scienometrics and visualization. To be specific, the analysis includes innovational panorama,developing speed and trend,development level difference among different areas, comparison between innovative achievements of various patent applicants, key innovational fields and so forth. This paper also compares the results with foreign countries.. The study shows that the technological innovation capability of China in biotechnological pharmacy field has been continuously enhanced in 10 years, and the innovation achievements of individual technology and product is rich, with its great development potential. But these innovation achievements mainly in the hands of individual areas and the applicants,with strong monopoly. Enterprises have not yet become the innovation subiect of biotechnology pharmaceutical field. Meanwhile, by comparison with foreign data this paper finds that the number of issued patents from other countries is approaching step by step to China's.
