基于技术创新理论中出现的"零利润区"的内涵及其应用中显现的普遍特征,以我国"山寨"手机的发展历程为背景,对其产生的动因、发展的阶段与条件以及目前的困境与出路进行了阐释,总结出"山寨"模式的概念以及产生、发展及演变的一般性规律,并结合新兴市场的诸多特点,指出这种模式极易在这样的市场出现,值得从多角度、多层次对其展开深入研究.
Based on the connotation and applicative characteristics of "Segment Zero" in the theory of technical innovation,it analyzes causation,phases,conditions,puzzles and outlets of "Segment Zero" with the evolution of the Shanzhai mobile telephone in China.Then,it summarizes the conception of the Shanzhai pattern as well as the rules of its generation,development and evolution.Finally,combining the characteristics of emerging markets,it points out that Shanzhai pattern is easily appeared in such markets and deserves further researches from multi-angles and multi-levels.
