本文以日本、美国和欧洲的三家具有代表性的、典型的半导体产业共性技术研发联盟VLSI、SE-MATECH和IMEC为研究对象,通过案例比较分析,结合不同联盟形成的产业环境和政策背景,总结出三家联盟在服务对象、组织结构与模式、研发投入、研发与运作模式等方面的异同,以期为我国半导体产业共性技术研发联盟的组建和运作提供借鉴。
This paper takes three typical generic technology RD alliances in semiconductor industry as the research objects which are VLSI from Japan,SEMATECH from U.S.and IMEC from Europe.Through analyzing comparatively,and according to the industrial environment and policy background of three alliance,it summarizes the similarity and the difference of three alliance in the following aspects:service object,organization structure as well as mode,RD input,RD as well as operating mode and so on,which aims to provide some practical suggestions for the formation and operation of generic technology RD alliances in China's semiconductor industry.
