通过文献研究,本文发现,企业方和学研方具有不同的能力系统,即双方拥有的能力是异质性的,而这种异质性正是产学研合作创新的基础。双方通过合作不仅可实现优势能力的共享,而且还能有效够弥补对方的能力缺陷,因而产学研合作创新能够实现技术的快速研发和商业化。最后,从产学研合作过程中所需的能力出发,建立了产学研合作创新对象选择的能力耦合图,藉此提高产学研合作的成功率以及合作效率。

英文摘要：

Through reviewing the literatures,this paper finds that the abilities of enterprise side are different from those of university-institute side,namely the heterogeneity which is the basis of cooperation innovation in enterprise-university-institute.The cooperation helps to not only share the advantage capabilities but also compensate the inferiority capabilities effectively.Therefore,through the cooperation innovation in enterprise-university-institute,the RD and commercialization of technology can be carried out faster.Finally,it constructs the coupling model according to the capabilities required in the process of cooperative innovation of enterprise-university-institute in order to find the best partner and enhance the success rate and improve the cooperation efficiency.
