看似一夜之间爆发出来的“山寨”现象，其产生和发展却具有可以遵循的内在规律。基于创新理论视角，以历史上一些典型的“山寨”现象及当前被广泛讨论的山寨机和山寨本等为研究对象，深入剖析了“山寨”现象产生和发展的规律，分析了“山寨”现象的优、缺点，预测了容易产生“山寨”现象的行业和领域，，并针对政府主管部门决策和“山寨”企业发展提出对策建议。
英文摘要：
The SHANZHAI phenomena which came into being likes in a moment that had general disciplinarians about its birth and development, This paper aim to study the disciplinarian about SHANZHAI phenomena came into being and development based on technology innovation theory, using some typical SHANZHAI phenomena and other cases such as mobile phone and textbook computer. The advantage and disadvantage and the industry and field that easy emergence SHANZHAI was studied too. At last, some countermeasure and suggestion for government director department and SHANZHAI enterprise was put forward.
