目的:探索以组织破碎法提取牡丹皮中的有效成分。方法:以提取的丹皮酚和芍药苷质量分数的综合评分为指标,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:优选的工艺为用15倍量65%乙醇,以组织破碎法提取1min。结论:所选工艺简单、可行、提取率高,可用于牡丹皮中丹皮酚和芍药苷的提取。
OBJECTIVE: To explore effective components from Paeonia suffruticosa. METHODS: The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with mass fraction of paeonol and paeoniflorin as index using the concentration and volume of ethanol, extraction time as factors. RESULTS: The optimized technology was as follows: 15-folds 65% ethanol and extracting for 1 min by tissue-breaking method. CONCLUSIONS: Optimized technology is simple, feasible and high extraction, which is suitable for the extraction of paeonol and paeoniflorin from P. suffruticosa.
