英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the intestinal absorption mechanism of Aipian in rats. METHODS： The rat single-pass intestinal perfusion technique was applied, and the concentration of borneol in Aipian was determined by GC ; the effects of perfusion rate, drug concentration, absorption site on Aipian absorption were studied. RESULTS： The perfusion rate, drug concentration and absorption site had no effect on the absorption rate coefficient （Ka） and apparent permeability coefficient （Papp）.CONCLUSION： The absorption of Aipian is up to the first-order kinetics and passive transport mechanism.
