Based on the data analysis about Chinese fir plantations of Nanping, Sanming and Longyan＇ farmers in Fujian province, with the output orientation DEA method, the paper estimated the efficiencies of farmers＇ Chinese fir plantations, the results showed that the differences of farmers forest land operation efficiency were bigger, farmers＇ forest land management efficiencies overall level were not so high, and discussed the relationships between farmers＇ Chinese fir plantations efficiencies, at last made Pearson correlation analysis of input elements influence on the farmers＇ Chinese fir plantations efficiencies.
