Efficiency is the key factor of the development of Forester Professional Cooperatives. The number of For- ester Professional Cooperatives had been Explosive growth after the law of cooperative, how to boost the efficiency of cooperative had been common concerns by academic and society. This paper use fact and data to probe the influ- ence factors of efficiencies of Forester Professional Cooperatives by adopting the Tobit regressional model The re- suits show that the institutional improvement of Forester Professional Cooperatives is of great importance to im- prove the efficiencies of Forester Professional Cooperatives.
