Used logistic regression model to the positive analysis about influencing factors of distribu-tion by patronage proportion in forestry cooperatives, the results show that service cooperatives conduc-tive to the implementation of distribution by patronage proportion and investment differences between members has opposite effect. Accorded to the explanation about the results of empirical analysis, put forward one policy suggestion which is decrease investment differences between members to promote distribution by patronage proportion in cooperation.
