以人力资本理论为基础,构建林业专业合作社理事长人力资本评价指标体系。通过对福建省72家林业专业合作社的调研,将理事长人力资本各因素对合作社绩效影响进行相关性分析,在此基础上,提出政策建议:(1)优化股权结构,完善合作社分配制度;(2)完善理事长的培养制度,提高理事长知识与能力水平;(3)重视民主制度建设,健全对理事长的监督约束机制。
According to hmnan capital theory, the human capital evaluation index system for director-generals of forestry professional cooperatives has been built. 72 forestry professional cooperatives in Fujian Province have been sampled amd investigated, and the effects of various human capital factors for director-generals on the cooperatives performance are analyzed in corrclativity. The poli- cies are proposed as follows. ( 1 ) Optimize stock ownership and perfect distribution system in the cooperatives. ( 2 ) Perfect the train- ing system for director-generals and improve director-generals' knowledge and ability. (3)Pay attention to the construction of democ- racy and improve the inspection to director-generals.
