从文化程度及学习能力、经验阅历、经营管理能力、社会关系能力、政治关系能力、合作协调能力等6个方面，构建了林业专业合作社理事长能力的评价指标体系；采用层次分析法确定各个度量指标及其权重后，运用该指标体系对福建省68家林业合作社理事长的能力进行评价。结果表明，各个地区合作社理事长能力水平呈现一定同质性，而受教育年限、社会关系网络规模、私人朋友中政府人员数、私人朋友中企业老板人数、合作社成员数量在不同地区的均值有显著差异。

英文摘要：

From 6 aspects such as the coordinated ability, the level of education and learning ability, experiences, management ability, social relations, political relations and cooperation, the paper builds the evaluation index system of forestry specialized cooperatives of ability. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to determine the various measures and their weights, and with the index system of Fujian province, to do 68 chairmen of the forestry cooper- ative ability evaluation. Results show that each region, chairman of the cooperative ability to present a certain ho- mogeneity, and the fixed number of year of the education, the social relation network scale, personal friends of the government personnel number, the number of private business owners in the friend, the cooperative member num- ber average there were significant differences in different regions.
