文章在对林业专业合作社理事长重要性的认识以及其人力资本研究综述的基础上,构建理事长人力资本的评价体系。对福建省72位林业专业合作社理事长进行调研,运用因子分析法,分析理事长人力资本的构成及其相对水平。研究结果表明,理事长组织协调、经营管理与学习能力因子对理事长人力资本水平影响最大,其他因子依次是社会关系能力、物质及精神收益、知识水平、对理事长的监督约束机制。
On the basis of the understanding of the important role played by the Director-general in the forestry specialized cooperative, and the research on its human capital, the paper casts light upon evaluation system of direction-general human capital. By means of the research on 72 directors-general of forestry specialized cooperative, the paper applies factor analysis to shed light on the composition of director-general human capital and its relative level. The research comes to a conclusion that such factors as coordination, management and learning ability exert a great influence on the director-general human capital level, the other factors are social relations, physical and spirit benefits, knowledge levels and the inspection on the directors-general.
