综合构建理事长人力资本的衡量指标体系,完善了包含经济、社会、生态三重盈余的林业专业合作社综合绩效评价模型。以福建林业专业合作社作为研究对象,运用因子分析与多元线性回归分析法,研究揭示:理事长人力资本与林业专业合作社绩效正相关,按照重要性程度由高到低,影响林业专业合作社绩效的理事长人力资本因子依次为:理事长组织协调、运营管理和学习水平因子;社会关系水平因子;收入情况因子;知识情况因子。基于研究提出高度重视对理事长的培养、完善合作社内部关系网络结构、保证制度化关联、完善合作社的分配方式,加强对理事长监督约束机制等建议。
The paper establishes the measurement index system oriented to director-general human capital, improves the comprehensive performance evaluation model. With specialized farmer forestry cooperatives in Fujian province as the object of the research, the paper conducts the comprehensive a- nalysis of director-general human capital's influence on the cooperative's performance, including factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of empirical analysis show that the director-gener- al human capital is in positive correlation with the cooperative performance. The factors of director-gen- eral human capital are as follows by importance: the director-general's coordination and management as well as learning ability, the director-general's social relations factor, the material and spiritual ben- efit factor, the director-general's knowledge level factor. Based on this study, the writer proposed to attach importance to cultivating the director-general, make effort to improve the intranet of the cooper- atives, guarantee its institutioanal relevancy, optimize the distribution in the cooperative and en the supervisory mechanism towards the director-general. strength
