This paper analyzes the influence that emerges from the subway commercial development;this influence is deep and long. The subway influences commercial enterprises mainly from operating varieties and forms; the city trade area from agglomeration and radiation;trade area system from the whole structure. Finally, this paper also discusses some countermeasures for the development of subway commerce.
